Microsoft has advised multiple employees do not use the newly launched Claude fable 5 model as the company still reviewing and making changes to the AI models data handling policies. Currently the model has been removed from internal version of Github, Pilot, used by Microsoft employees. Even if it is still available to customers and many employees so Microsoft AI platform it is still not advisable to use it in their work over it.
Anthropic introduced Claude fable 5 the speed and it was publicly made available in mythos family. The main concern that is appearing in plot fable 5 is basically the data retention. Unlike many Claude model the support zero data retention in fable 5 it requires from 10 output in order to retain for a period of 30 days.
According to Anthropic the retention period supports safety of data as it is designed to monitor misuse and enforce uses policies. Even there are such restriction Microsoft with still continuing to offer plot table 5 to customer those services such as GitHub and co-pilot.

As the result many customers can have access to Microsoft model, but Microsoft staff themselves cannot use it. Also Microsoft has not publicly commented on the reported respiration but still employees reportedly remain unable to access not 5 internally.
