After shifting her job to the real estate industry in Dubai, she is once again in the news.
In a recent interview, Rimi Sen talked about how Dubai has been friendly and how she has established herself in the competitive real estate industry.
Dubai is very welcoming, which is why 95% of the population here consists of expatriates, while the rest are Emiratis, she stated in an interview with Buildcaps Real Estate LLC. Everyone has been made to feel welcome in Dubai, which has both temples and mosques.
Everyone is taken into consideration, and improving, simplifying, and improving people’s lives is the city’s main priority.
We don’t really see this in our nation because the government frequently modifies laws overnight, making life more challenging for citizens. It is no longer a business-friendly country with thousands of taxes and countless obstacles.
The real estate market here operates smoothly because there is discipline, Rimi continued. You are limited to working with agencies and agents. Agencies fulfill their responsibilities, developers complete their work, and a suitable system is in place.
Two years ago, Rimi made a brief comeback to the news when her pictures appeared on social media again, leading to speculation that she had had plastic surgery. In a previous interview with Hindustan Times, she explained,
It’s very good for me if people feel that I have had plastic surgery, and if they feel that in a positive way. People continue to converse without even undergoing plastic surgery. I’ve only had PRP therapy, botox, and fillers.
One shouldn’t need to get plastic surgery done unless someone is on the run after committing a crime, she continued, adding that she might think about getting surgery in the future.
I also want to finish it, but I’ll give it some thought after I’m beyond 50. These treatments are enough for the time being.
Rimi last appeared on screen in Shagird, directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, in 2011. She appears to be happy now that she is taking a different path and replacing movie sets with skyscrapers.
Rimi also openly discussed corporate infrastructure and governance, drawing a clear parallel between the UAE and India. She emphasized that while frequent changes in domestic regulations frequently lead to uncertainty, Dubai’s policies favor efficiency and stability.
This is something we don’t really see in our country, because the government keeps changing policies overnight, making people’s lives more difficult, she stated. It is no longer a business-friendly relationship, and there are thousands of taxes and other problems.
