Older people usually have very less muscle mass has compared to young adult poor circulation of blood and degenerative joint condition can make it difficult for them to tolerate the AC temperature.
Another scientific reason why joints may be more vulnerable in AC conditioned rooms, the surgeon explain that the muscle tightening can be temporary and can be reduce flexibility as well as slow as circulation in the people who are actually suffering from three existing joint related issues.

However, surgeon clarified that air conditioner does not directly weaken the bone and there is no scientific evidence behind it the significant issue is our lifestyle diet and sitting hours.
