According to recent reports a judge from Haryana transferred rupees 52 lakh to a man she met on tinder. This was an absolute case of fraud. Well, the most surprising thing is that the complaint was not filed by judge herself instead the domestic worker who worked at her house told police that she has been cheated so the online dating app.
However, Delhi court denied bill to the accused, but the main thing is how complaint was registered. The man, judge was in relationship with was Abhimanyu Vashishth and with growing relationship, she just transferred more than 52 lakhs to bank account of the accused. she was given reason that the money would be invested in investment fund.
The promise he made had not materialized and hence the allegation of cheating and fraud fall on him. The shocking and surprising thing is the complaint was not filed by judge herself instead domestic worker came in front and told police about how she had been cheated so an online dating platform.
The court also noticed that the complaint was not file while the judge herself instead she took indirect route through which she filed complaint. Judges acknowledge the sensitivity of manner as matter of romance can face embarrassment as well as damage to their reputation, but it would harm the transparency and would curb complete investigation.

Investigators could not find any tinder chart and cannot find any WhatsApp exchange between the judge and the accused. The crucial evidence still not found, and investigation is still under the process till then the bail is declined to the accused.
