Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary Indian cricketer, has also invited personally the top leadership of the country to the marriage of his son, Arjun Tendulkar, and Saaniya Chandok. India captain of the past posted images of the gatherings on social media, thanking those who wished the young couple well and blessed them.
Tendulkar met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and mentioned that it was the honour of the family to invite him to the ceremony. The Bharat Ratna awardee not only expressed his thanks to the Prime Minister in his post but also asserts that he has offered some wise advice to Arjun and Saaniya before they start a new life.
We had the privilege to invite Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to the wedding of Arjun and Saaniya. Thanks, Modi ji, bless you, and good advice to the young couple, Tendulkar wrote.
The cricketing personality also attended the Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi and invited the family. Tendulkar shared a photograph of the meeting, saying that they were happy to invite Gandhi to the celebrations personally.
He wrote, we had the chance to meet Shri Rahul Gandhi ji and invite him to the wedding of Arjun-Saaniya.
Moreover, Tendulkar paid a visit to President Droupadi Murmu. Reminiscing a trip to Rashtrapati Bhavan last year, he explained that the family relived some fantastic memories as they welcomed the President and expressed gratitude to her in form of her kind wishes.

Arjun Tendulkar, a 26 year old left arm pacer, a former member of the domestic circuit and the Indian premier league, is getting married to Saaniya Chandok in March. The wedding celebrations will start on March 3 according to the family, with the main ceremony on March 5 being a small affair of close friends and relatives.
Arjun and Saaniya were engaged last August. Chandike is the son of an established business family in Mumbai and a Designated Partner and Director of Mr. Paws Pet Spa and Store LLP.
Her family, headed by businessman Ravi Ghai, is well established in the hospitality and food industry, including the InterContinental hotel and ice cream brand Brooklyn Creamery.

Having now invited even the highest constitutional authorities, as well as those of the political extremes, the family of Tendulkar is preparing to make this a memorable yet intimate affair.
