Bihar Election Result 2025: Date, Time and Full Counting Schedule

The Bihar Election Result 2025 will be declared dated on November 14, with counting starting straight at 8 AM for all 243 seats. Results are expected to reach the audience by evening, which would thus be revealing the next ruling party in Bihar.

The political spotlight is now firmly on Bihar as the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 results are all set to be announced on this Friday, November 14, 2025.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has also confirmed that counting will begin at 8:00 AM straight, with postal ballots being counted first, which would be followed by counting the votes cast through Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).

The final results for all 243 assembly constituencies are expected to be declared by the evening, thus bringing an end to weeks of intense campaigning of the parties and also the widespread speculation.

The 2025 assembly elections in Bihar were conducted in two crucial phases, Phase 1 being held on November 6 and Phase 2 being held on November 11.

Each phase also saw a significant voter turnout, thus reflecting the citizens’ strong participation and even the eagerness for change or continuity in governance.

To form a government with the majority votes, any single party or alliance needs to secure at least 122 out of 243 seats.

The Election Commission has also now made extensive arrangements to ensure a transparent and peaceful counting process.

Strong security has also been deployed across all counting centres, with all the multiple layers of checks to prevent any malpractice.

Observers and election officials will also oversee the process closely, thus accuracy and fairness.

Real-time updates on the counting trends and even the final results will be available on the official ECI website, as well as it would be spread through news portals and live TV coverage throughout the day.

The 2025 Bihar elections have now turned out to be highly competitive, with major parties like the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Janata Dal (United), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Congress contesting head-to-head across constituencies.

Regional parties and independents have also played influential roles in the key districts, thus adding to the unpredictability of the overall election outcome.

Political analysts now have come up with the statement that they also believe this election could mark a major turning point for Bihar, thus shaping its development trajectory for the next five years.
