Wedding season gold rates on Nov 25: Check if 24K, 22K have turned costlier

Gold prices on November 25 showed a small increase as wedding season demand pushed rates higher. Both 24K and 22K gold became slightly costlier in major Indian cities.

Gold prices on November 25 have recently become an important topic for buyers because the wedding season is at its peak.

Many people also buy gold jewellery for weddings, so prices often rise during this time.

On this day, 24K gold was also priced at around ₹1,25,300 per 10 grams in major cities. This is the purest form of gold.

The 22K gold rate, which is mostly used for the designing of jewellery, was around ₹1,15,000 per 10 grams in big markets like those of Delhi and Mumbai.

The price change was small, but it was noticeable to the buyers. Experts also say that gold became a bit costlier because more people are buying it for weddings.

When demand increases, gold rates usually go up, and this happens every time. Another reason is global market trends.

Hopes of a possible interest rate cut in the United States have also made investors more interested in gold, which is also a factor that affects prices in India.

City-wise, the prices did not change the same way everywhere. In some cities, 24K gold became slightly higher, while in a few places, 22K gold prices saw a very small movement in the prices.

Still, overall prices remained on the higher side because of strong buying interest.

For those planning to buy jewellerofor any kind of occassion, it is important to remember that the gold rate is not the final cost.

Making charges, the whole GST rate and even the shop-wise differences can increase the final bill. Since the demand of gold in the wedding season is high, many jewellers may also keep their charges at the usual premium.
