The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) is now all set and has been preparing to launch the CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025.
Thousands of government job aspirants are eagerly waiting for the official notification. CEPTAM (Centre for Personnel Talent Management) conducts the candidates’ recruitment for technical, administrative and support staff in DRDO laboratories across India.
With new projects and research programs now currently expanding, DRDO is also expected to announce multiple vacancies for various posts this year.
The eligibility criteria for CEPTAM 11 will depend on the specific position. For most Senior Technical Assistant (STA) and Technician roles, candidates are now required to have qualifications such as a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Science, ITI certificate or relevant technical education.
Administrative posts may require a qualification of graduation in any stream, along with computer knowledge. The detailed educational requirements will be clearly mentioned in the official notification once it is released on their official website.
Age criteria for CEPTAM posts are usually between 18 and 28 years for general category candidates. However, reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC and PwD receive the criteria of age relaxations as per government rules.
Nationality requirements specify that only Indian citizens can apply for the current DRDO recruitment. Candidates will also need to meet any medical or physical standards required for particular roles.
The selection process generally includes a Tier-I Computer-Based Test followed by Tier-II, depending on the post. For some positions, skill tests or also known as trade tests, may also be conducted.
The exams thus focus on the concept of general awareness, reasoning, quantitative aptitude and subject-specific knowledge.
With CEPTAM 11 expected soon, aspirants are also advised to prepare early, collect all the relevant documents and even stay updated with all kinds of official announcements.
