The admission cards for the 2026 Class 10 and 12 board exams have been made public by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The official CBSE website now offers the hall passes. Regular students, however, are not permitted to download the admit cards on their own. Using their login credentials, school administrators must access the Pariksha Sangam portal, download the admit cards, and hand them out to the pupils.

On February 17, 2026, the board exams for both classes will start. It is recommended that students maintain continuous communication with their institutions and get their admission cards as soon as they are made available. The admission card is required in order to enter the testing facility.

Steps To Download Admit Card For Class 10 And 12

Step 1: Visit the official website – cbse.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the Parikshasangam portal

Step 3: Scroll down to Admit Card, Centre Material for Main Exam 2026 link

Step 4: Click on the Class 10/ Class 12 admit card link

Step 5: Log in with the user ID and password

Step 6: The admit cards will be displayed

Details mentioned on the admit card:
  • Student’s name
  • Roll number
  • School number
  • Centre number
  • Photograph
  • Subjects with their respective codes
  • Exam dates
  • Admit card ID
  • Date of birth
  • Exam name

The CBSE admit cards must only be downloaded by schools from the official website. The link to the admission card has been activated by CBSE on its official website; however, access to this feature requires a school login.

Using their user ID and password, principals and other approved school officials will access the Exam Sangam portal. Once the admit cards have been downloaded, schools need to thoroughly check all the information.

Before the admission card is distributed to the pupils, it must bear the school seal and the principal’s signature. Before the test, it is the duty of the schools to make sure that each student has the appropriate hall pass.

The CBSE Class 12 board exams will run till April 10, 2026, while the Class 10 exams will take place from February 17 to March 11, 2026. Every exam day, students must provide a printed copy of their admit card to the testing location.

They must also adhere to all directions on the admit card and appear at the testing location on time. Without their admission card, students will not be permitted to enter the exam room.
