The official announcement for the 2026 Auditor Recruitment has been made public by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). The goal of the recruiting campaign is to fill 102 auditor positions in Bihar’s Panchayati Raj Department. When the application window begins, qualified individuals can apply online at bpsc.bihar.gov.in, the official BPSC website.
The letter states that the application period will begin on February 5, 2026, and run through February 26, 2026. We will only accept online applications. Eligibility Criteria and Age limit
A graduate degree in commerce, economics, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited university is required of applicants for the BPSC Auditor positions.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and no older than 37. According to Bihar government regulations, candidates in restricted categories would be granted an age relaxation. Candidates must be citizens of India.
BPSC Auditor recruitment: Application fee and important dates
Candidates from the General and OBC categories must pay an application fee of Rs 600. The cost is Rs 150 for candidates who are SC, ST, women from Bihar, and those with impairments. On January 28, 2026, the notification was made public.

Applications will be accepted online starting on February 5 and ending on February 26, 2026. To minimize last-minute problems, candidates are urged to finish the form well in advance of the deadline. Selection process and Exam pattern
A written exam, an interview, and document verification make up the selection procedure. General Hindi, General Studies paper II, and one elective will be included in the written exam.
The exam will last three hours per paper, and each paper will be worth a different number of points. Overall exam and interview performance will determine the final choice.
