The HSLC Class 10 results 2026 of Assam have been announced by the Secondary Education Board, Assam, and the lakhs of students in the state have ended their wait. They were announced at 10:30 am and can now be found on various official websites so that students can access their marksheets online.
The outcome of this year is of great importance because it has included a high number of candidates who took the board exams in the previous year. The announcement had been followed by students and parents particularly following the completion of the exams in February.
Over 4.38 lakh students appeared for exams
As of official statistics, 4,38,565 students have already enrolled in the HSLC examinations in the 2025-26 academic year. The examinations were held between 10 February to 27 February in different centres in Assam.
After the announcement of the marks, students can now view their marks subject-by-subject, their overall marks, and whether they have passed or not, via their online marksheet. Digital marksheet will be referred to immediately, but original papers will be given out later by schools.
Multiple websites available for checking results
SEBA has also published the results on a number of official portals to facilitate easy access. The students may go to sebaonline.org, site.sebaonline.org, resultsassam.nic.in, and asseb.in and check their marks.
Nonetheless, these websites might receive a lot of traffic shortly after the announcement as observed in past years. In this instance, the students are encouraged to be patient or attempt other platforms to eliminate delays.
Other than official websites, other result portals also contain the results, which contain the board exam outcomes. These platforms can assist the students in avoiding the server slowdowns during peak times.
How to download the marksheet
SEBA has also released the findings on several official portals in order to make them easily accessible. The students can visit sebaonline.org, site.sebaonline.org, resultsassam.nic.in and asseb.in and verify their marks.
However, such websites may be getting hefty traffic soon after the announcement as it was the case in previous years. In this case, the students will be advised to be patient or seek alternative platforms to do away with delays.
The results, which hold the board exam results, are also available on other result portals other than official sites. Such platforms would help the students to escape the server slows when there are high traffic hours.
SMS option for quick access
SEBA has also introduced SMS facility to students with internet problems or websites with slow loading. Through sending a message in the required format, students are able to have their results sent to their mobile phones.
The students have to type ASSAM10 with their roll number and send it to 5676750 or 56263 to check via SMS. The details of the results will be provided through a text message within a brief period.
The approach is also very convenient to use in the regions where the internet is not readily available so that no student will be left to wait and get his or her result.
What happens after the result
SEBA has also come out with the SMS facility in case of any internet issues or slow loading websites among students. Through sending a message in the required format, students are able to have their results sent to their mobile phones.

The method is also highly convenient in the areas where the internet is not easily accessible so that no student will be left behind to wait and get his or her mark.
Important reminder for students
The online marksheet gives you instant access to the results, but is deemed tentative. When they are issued, students will need to receive their original marksheet and certificates at their respective schools.

It will be beneficial to have several copies of the outcome and verify that everything is right so that there will be no problems with admissions or verification of documents in the future.
The results are now announced, and the next step is to focus on the next stage, when students are ready to make their first big step after schooling.
