The White House has launched a new website called “Aliens.gov”, Now, the name might confuse you, as you might be expecting UFOs or extraterrestrial life, but instead, It fully focuses on the immigration enforcement in the United States and tracks arrests that are made by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
This website was launched on Thursday, and you will notice phrases such as “They walk among us” graphics, that are inspired by maybe some science fiction or some alien themed movie. On the surface, many thought that the website would be about UFO or maybe classified government files but soon people discovered that this website is a reference to undocumented immigrants whom the administration calls ‘aliens.’
The website states, “For 60 years, the US government has kept a closely guarded secret. The aliens have been walking among us, living in our neighbourhoods and interacting with us in our daily lives.”
This website is also used as a tool to promote US president Donald Trumps agendas. The website says, that the president is the first person to call out the real danger why these aliens pose to every American family, every community, and the future of our nation. Immigration has always been one of the most important and core base of his political campaigns.
